Aluminium flush mounted rolling shutter Box with integrated insect screen | Model 90°
The NEW 90° flush mounted aluminium rolling shutter box system, is ideal for external installation. Thanks to its design, it can be equipped with thermal facade and being integrated into the building exterior, providing perfect aesthetics, sound and thermal insulation.
Access for maintenance is available through
the bottom side of the box.
Option for installation of a vertical insect screen inside the box.
Operation:
The rolling shutter can be operated with a strap, cord, crank handle, or electric motor.
Available Dimensions:
In the case of the box Model 90° with an integrated insect screen, the internal diameter (Φ) varies depending on the box size, compared to the Model 90° box.
Construction / Installation:
For the construction and installation of the box system with an integrated vertical insect screen, the following additional components, designed by VIOMAL, are required:
1) Spring KIT (20.60.0018) that is fitted onto the shaft
It is then placed into the square slot located either on the metal plate or on the metal base (secured with a screw in the special mounting points on the box side panels).
2) Double entry guide: White (20.03.1486) or Black (20.03.1487), installed onto the aluminium Double guide for rolling shutter and insect screen (20.03.1488).
3) Aluminium Terminal profile with new stopper
