Certification according to EN ISO 9001:2015 standard
VIOMAL S.A., leader in the design and production of aluminum rolling shutters and insect screen systems in Greece, subsidiary of ElvalHalcor SA and exclusive representative of Becker, the German automation systems company, announces the renewal of its quality certification, according to ISO 9001:2015 international standard.
The certification renewal of the Quality Assurance System, implemented by VIOMAL according to ISO 9001:2015 standard, was successfully completed by the external Certification Body, TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas.
ISO 9001:2015 certification confirms the Company's commitment to ensuring a high level of quality for the products and services it offers in Greece and abroad for the last 36 years. At the same time, it proves the company’s customer-centric approach and the implemented standardized procedures, seeking the continuous satisfaction of its customers’ needs.
VIOMAL, like its mother company, ElvalHalcor, gives priority to continuous improvement when it comes to quality assurance, environmental management and health and safety at work. Within the next period, VIOMAL is expected to complete the procedures for the Environmental Management System certification, according to ISO 14001:2015 standard.
The coordination of the certification process is carried out by the Quality Management Department, responsible for the implementation of all procedures of both Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems at the company's headquarters in Evia, along with the continuous improvement.
