As an Export Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales within a designated geographic area, focusing on both existing and potential customers. You will work closely with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Director, contributing to the company’s continued success by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers and partnerships across multiple regions and sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering suitable product solutions.
- Communicate the value of our products effectively and close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Provide market insights and strategic suggestions to the Sales Director.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and technical questions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and international business meetings.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department on relevant commercial initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Deliver regular reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role within international industrial sales.
- Willingness to travel abroad for business.
