Viomal S.A., a leading producer of aluminum rolls & screening and shading systems, and a subsidiary of ELVALHALCOR S.A. (Aluminum Segment), is looking to hire for its facilities in Nea Artaki, Chalkida:

Export Sales Executive

Main Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Implementation of the established sales plan under the guidance of the Sales Director.
  • Development and maintenance of excellent relationships with current and new customers. Analysis and understanding of their needs through regular visits (about 1 trip per month) to European countries, North Africa, and the Middle East.
  • Negotiation and definition of collaborations, development of a client portfolio in the aforementioned markets.
  • Participation and representation of the Company in exhibitions, promoting our products and services.
  • Conducting market research and creating strategic Business Plans to enhance purchasing activity.
  • Close cooperation with the sales team and other departments to achieve corporate goals.
  • Compilation of monthly and annual accountability reports for the customers and presentation of these to the Sales Director and management team.
  • Monitoring of financial targets at both an individual and team level.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in international sales in an industry, preferably in aluminum or metals (copper/steel etc.).
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with a specialization in Economics or Business Administration.
  • Communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and focused on company growth.
  • Methodical, integrity, and open communication.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (proficiency holder). Additional language skills such as German, French, or others will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems MS Office. Additional knowledge of software such as SAP or EBS will be appreciated.
  • Ability to travel and stay overnight in the areas of responsibility about 1 trip per month.
  • Driving license.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge in the construction sector, especially aluminum products or related.
  • Previous work experience in sales positions, with proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.

The position reports to the Sales Director and the Exports Manager.
